The Deputy Commissioner Hyderabad Agha Shahnawaz Babar has directed all Assistant Commissioners and First Class Magistrates of Taluka Hyderabad City, Latifabad, Qasimabad and rural areas to conduct frequent price checking in their respective jurisdictions and take action against defaulters in case they are found indulging in hoarding, charging high prices from the consumers.

He also directed them to report their performance to him on a regular basis for onward transmission to higher authorities.
